Pet Sitting Diary.Posted on Google

Every time I travel out of Hong Kong, I trust them to look after my cat. Linda, who came this time, was wonderful—my cat took to her immediately and seemed very comfortable in her care. The team truly goes above and beyond to ensure our pets are happy and well-looked-after. Kenneth Kwok125 days agoWe cannot recommend Angela highly enough! She did a fantastic job training our 3-month-old puppy and providing boarding services for a couple of weeks while we were out of town. Leaving a young puppy can be stressful, but Angela took incredible care of Brookie. When we picked her up, we could immediately see positive changes in her behavior and notice how much she had grown. It was also incredibly clear just how much affection Brookie had developed for Angela during her stay, which gave us immense peace of mind. Angela is professional, caring, and truly skilled at what she does. If you are looking for an exceptional trainer and a safe environment for boarding, Angela is a great choice!Posted on Google

One of our cats is a senior cat, and has chronic medical conditions which requires her to take pills at different times of the day. Linda was brilliant at remembering which pills to be taken morning/night, and also provides regular updates with pictures and videos to show how the cats were doing, along with giving them cuddles and affection! Our cats also had to eat different diets - and she handled that excellently, never getting their diets (or treats) mixed up! We found that Linda was very experienced in handling cats, and we felt very reassured that they were left in her capable hands, and most of all, the cats felt happy and safe with her around.Posted on Google

My dog was under quarantine and in urgent need of a nail clipping. They understood the urgency and were willing to accommodate her on very short notice. Yan, the groomer, even sent me a video and some photos of 'Bella' to reassure me that my dog is doing well. They're straightforward and there were no hidden costs. They communicate clearly and everything is done via whatsapp. I will most certainly make use of their services again in the near future. Keep up the good work🐾Posted on Google

Angela started providing basic training for my puppy since she’s at 3.5months. My puppy learnt the basic command quickly under Angela’s guidance and became a lot more patient with temperament. I am so thankful as well to have Angela looking after my puppy when I was on 2.5 weeks business trip. Angela reported daily on the status with photos & videos. When weather is allowed, she would take my puppy for outdoor walk & hiking. It’s a delayed testimonials. My puppy is 7 months old now, she still remembers every thing (all commands) she learnt from Angela and walks very well with leash (on collar or harness). Most importantly, after Angela’s dedicated training, the relationship with me dog goes to another “better” level 💕 because I got to know how to understand my puppy more hence better communication. The company is prompt at responding to messages, flexible, reliable and reasonably priced. We have had 2 sitters from them and both have been fantastic. They take the time to get to know you and your pets. I was so impressed with how patient and unaffected they were by my nervous barking village dog. They took the time to build a amazing bond with my pets who now are completly comfortable around them and show lots of affection. We currently have Linda who is just amazing. She send pictures and videos of her time with them each day (2-3 hours 2 times a week). She also brings treats (checks they are okay with us to feed them) and presents for them. My super active and cheeky Labrador improves a lot with their training and care. Getting your pet behaved is never an easy task - it takes patience, trials and errors as well as a lot of determination. Angela and her team are true professionals and real animal lovers. My friends and family can witness how much my baby Labrador consistently grows and evolves with their help. I have no reason not to give them a full 5-star - truly enjoying their services and strongly recommended!Posted on Google

NO SHOW during first paid meeting, didnt drop a note or didnt call back until my whatsapp messagesss. Angela said there is an “emergency” on her pet/previous pet, so she is “sorry” that she forgot another poor dog was waiting for her dinner somewhere. She didnt send me any message so I can send a backup to feed my dog. So I guess from Angela’s point of view my pet’s life is valued less than the other pets. Luckily I am still in HK so my dog didnt starve to death today.Posted on Facebook

Arden Sai Chan2924 days agoI was gone for 2 weeks on a family trip and couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Pet Sitting Diary. For such a long vacant period I thought it would be better for my dog to be at home; an environment that he’s familiar with, as opposed to staying in a dog hotel with everything being new. Angela was the first person I contacted and I gave her a general idea of what’s required, and I asked for a male pet sitter as my dog is easier to be dominated by a male handler. She flipped through the available selection and came back to me with Sam and Terry as my dog’s sitters. The process was smooth, Sam and Terry paid us a visit at home, got a feel of my dog and for my dog to get a feel of them. Afterwards, is contract signed and payment, no hidden charges, no catches. And that’s how it all began. The gentlemen did everything I requested and more, they showed great devotion and attention to detail. My dog was on medication and he’s not one to easily let you feed him with meds, but Sam and Terry simply handled that with ease. While I was away, I saw my dog behaved the same way as I was there, via a cam installed in my house. My dog is hyperactive to say at least, but there’s minimal, or zero, disruption to my dog’s behavior while I was gone, which only tells me that he is mentally and physically fulfilled, no anxiety and agitation. I have Sam and Terry to thank for because they spent a lot of time playing tug of war and fetching with my dog, sometimes even exceeding the normal play time resulting them staying over the agreed sitting period without complains. The gentlemen gave me update on each visit, time in, time out, pictures, videos, and daily health check on my dog. They are true to their name, Diary! By the 3rd day I was gone, I rarely checked my messages, because I knew my dog was in good and capable hands. Sam is a soft spoken but strong willed sitter, great attention to detail and fun loving with pets. While Terry is an experienced dog trainer and he emits an aura that any dog would love to be around with. My dog is blessed to have them as sitters, and me too. I strongly suggest to all pet owners, if you are away for a prolong period, please don’t send your pet to a pet hotel. I’ve done it once, though it was good service, it would still cause a bit of disruption to your pet’s behavior or routines. Nothing comes close to having reliable and professional pet sitters taking care of your pet on his or her own turf, and you are paying just about the same as you’d with a pet hotel. Don’t worry about the security, Pet Sitting Diary screened all their sitters and the sitters always lock your doors for you, the sitters don’t touch anything other than the things you wanted them to touch. From the bottom of my heart, and on behalf of my dog, thank you, Pet Sitting Diary, Angela, Sam, and Terry. I am a satisfied pet owner and no doubt will seek your professional help whenever I am away. Please keep up the great work and passion! -Arden, Ling, and Eggo :)Posted on Facebook

3043 days agoAngela took care of my baby dog for two days when I was on business trip. She was very professional. My dog was very scared of strangers but Angela’s patience and care gained her trust. At her second visit, my dog was welcoming her and they two got along very well. Angela sent me pictures and videos and her reports on my dog’s conditions were quite informative and prompt. She is very experienced.Posted on Facebook
Susan Tsang3058 days agoThis was my first time using a pet sitting service, and I was really unsure of which company to go with, but I'm so glad that I chose Pet Sitting Diary. I was quite anxious beforehand, especially since my cat, Artie, can be nervous around strangers, but Sam instantly put me at ease when he came around for the initial interview. He was so gentle with Artie and clearly cares about each and every animal that he cares for. He was also really thorough, asking lots of questions to ensure that his visits would go as smoothly as possible. During my trip, Sam gave me a super detailed update each day and sent lots of pictures (not just of Artie but also to show me how he'd fed him and cleaned up). It was such a relief to know that Artie was in safe hands and having a great time with his new buddy If you're at all nervous about using a pet sitter, I can't recommend Sam highly enough. I'll definitely be asking him to come round and look after Artie again!Posted on Facebook
